Print Desk

The ITS Print Desk serves as the primary printing service on campus. Printing services include both the self-service Pay-for-Print system available in all ITS Computer Labs and a number of other select locations on campus, as well as Large-format specialty printing services available at the Print Desk on the first floor of the library. Standard document printing self-service is available in all public access ITS computer labs around campus as well as a number of other department-specific locations and labs. These are printers and print job release stations managed by ITS. Printing to these stations can be done either directly from any lab computer at that printer location, via the print.lsu.edu portal from any computer on the LSU network, or from your mobile device via email to print@lsu.edu. Users also have the option of installing printer packages on their personal computers to print directly to the pay-for-print system, just as they would from a lab computer.

The page limit to print per transaction is 300 pages.

Prints can be paid for and released using your Tiger Card at the release stations. Jobs are held for 90 minutes.

Available to:

• LSU Students, Faculty and Staff

Requirements:

• Must have a myLSU Account ID, a Tiger Card with funds, or a budget code to pay for printing.

Restrictions:

• The Print Desk have 36-inch wide paper rolls.
• Files with a width larger than 36 inches wide CANNOT be printed.
• Lamination and tubes must be purchased with order.
• Large format posters must be submitted for printing at least one hour before the Print Desk closes.
