Bachelors
The Bachelor of Science in Leadership & Human Resource Development is a four-year
degree focused on leadership, training, and developing people and organizations.
Minor
The Leadership Development Minor adds leadership skills to any major and stand out
in whatever career you choose.
What is LHRD?
Leadership & Human Resource Development is about helping people and organizations
grow. Business-school HR programs focus mostly on managing HR functions like hiring
rules, pay, and benefits. LHRD focuses on the people side: training, leadership, career
development, and helping teams work better together. It's a people-centered degree
that works in almost any industry.
